Returns:
CMC Group Inc., reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the processing of a returned non custom product. All returns must be preauthorized by a member of the Customr Service Team. Also, all returns must be labeled with an appropriate RMA number.
“Non Custom” product: (Defined as: Standard offering that can be brought back and resold to other customers.)
“Custom” products are not covered under this policy. (Defined as: A unique product produced for a specific customer that cannot be sold to other customers).
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order on-line. Due to the fact we ship same day the order is received, there may be a restocking fee or charge to have order returned unopened.
